H2One inbox — Marcus + Crow. The training-wheels channel during rollout — every confused moment lands here, not in Slack. Flags arrive from the shell 🚩 button (H1) with page/module context and a screenshot auto-attached.
Pile-ons group under one tracker — “dashboard down” ×6 = one master flag; resolving the tracker resolves everyone at once (Intercom STEAL, MD§4.6). FL-4 below is a live example.
