Setter → closer handoff
Handoff is a first-class flow, not a text thread: the setter books onto a closer's calendar with the property + knock context attached; the closer records the result on their phone; sold creates the job with setter_user_id / closer_user_id / lead_source stamped automatically (AP-1 → J-1054 above). Commission MATH stays v2 — but the attribution is captured from day one, so no rebuilding history.
Results feed leaderboards and the follow-up queues — a "follow-up" result auto-enters the unsold queue (D3), no manual list-keeping.
