DL-501 — Remi bundle

C8
partner Remi· Remi (Partner)· 2210 N 900 W (unit 4)· 2 sibling jobs · $25,400 bundled

Sibling jobs — one trade each, never flattened

JobTradeStageGateOwnerValue

Each trade advances on its own pipeline — a stalled gutter job never hides behind a finished roof (the Remi partial-pull lesson).

Deal-scoped contract

CN-D501deal-scopeddraftcovers all 2 trades on one signature · e-sign in-house (Documenso) · audit-grade record

Contracts attach to a job OR a deal (MD§5) — multi-trade retail signs once here instead of per sibling job.

Invoice allocation — INV-905 draft

Allocated toTradeLineAmount
J-1045Gutters5" seamless gutters + downspouts, 148 LF$3,900
J-1046RoofingTear-off + install 26 sq 3-tab — Estate Gray$21,500
One customer invoice, allocated across jobs$25,400

Allocation lines carry job_id → division lands on each line automatically → per-division P&L survives a bundled sale (MD§5 deals).

billing_mode

Currently TBD (open item 2) — partial-completion behavior is a rule on this field: invoice on each job's completion vs on deal completion.
assumption— shape settles with the Marcus (open item 2) recording · retail multi-trade default

When deals exist at all

  • Remi: no deal needed — jobs arrive per-trade and pay per-trade (billing effectively per_job). DL-501 here demos the bundle shape anyway.
  • Retail multi-trade: one deal, one contract, end_of_deal invoice with allocation lines.
  • Jobs link via jobs.deal_id; single-trade sales never grow a deal.
